Well, studies had shown that sleep deprivation can seriously affect one’s ability to think clearly and accurately, and to move or react normally. On top of that, long hours of insufficient sleep can lead to stress, which in turn results in anxiety, depression, and increased smoking and alcohol consumption. The results of a bad night’s sleep vary from you being tense or even suffering from a headache, sore back or sore eyes, according to The Sleep Council.
